Mich Turner has been inspired to make cakes since winning her first cookery competition at the age of 15. She established Little Venice Cake Company in 1999 and was announced as Harpers Bazaar and Chanel Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006.  Mich was honoured in 2010 with a prestigious MBE medal from Her Majesty The Queen.

Mich has written 4 international award winning books on cake decorating  - with another underway for publication spring 2014.  She regularly hosts inspirational masterclasses for cake enthusiasts.  She is a judge on ITV1's 'Britain's Best Bakery'. 

ITV1's BRITAIN'S BEST BAKERY is returning for a second series! Mich is away all summer filming, but places  are now available for her annual Christmas Indulgent class at The Savoy.
