At Little Venice Cake Company we run a three month internship program (20 - 40 hours per week unpaid- though priority will be given to applicants who can commit to 40 hours per week). This program is for students and graduates who are experienced (minimum 2 years) OR are curently training or have recently qualified in Pastry and / or Sugarcraft (Cordon Bleu, City & Guilds or equivalent).
This is a fabulous opportunity for highly motivated, passionate cake bakers and decorators to be involved in all aspects of cake baking, and decorating in our working kitchen. Once you have completed the internship, successful students are invited to join the register of approved Cake Decorators to give paid external demonstrations and workshops using the Mich Turner range of equipment.
