Cake International

11 November 2015

A record breaking 1000 competitors enter cakes and sugar creations at Cake International in Birmingham over the weekend.  For 3 days passionate and talented sugar artists came to celebrate with live demonstration.

The Chocolate Experience was hosted by Will Torrent and included celebrity guests from The Great British Bake Off - Frances Quinn, Edd Kimber and Martha Collinson.

The Cake International Stage welcomed international industry icons including Carlos Lischetti, Peggy Porschen, Queen of Hearts and Rosie Cake Diva.

With live demonstration theatres and stalls showcasing the very latest products and ingredients there was plenty to entertain and inspire.  Books were signed, recipes shared and cakes admired including a full size cake statue of Maleficent and HRH Prince George!
