Have Your Cake and Eat It - NOW PUBLISHED

Mich celebrated the publication of her latest book with a party at London's Hotel Cafe Royal in the heart of Mayfair.  Guests were treated to delicious, nutritious recipes from the book including Chocolate,pistachi and coffee pavlova, Citrus and Coconut Layered Cake, Blackcurrant Macaroons and Night at the Movies Popcorn Bar.  The evening was toasted with Laurent-Perrier Champagne and Mich revealed her new collection of Show-stopping celebration cakes - including La La Lovely, Dolce Chocolate, Pink Fiz and Hand-painted Birds and Berries.
